A combination drug called Super Vidalista is used to treat men's erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE).  Tadalafil (20 mg) and dapoxetine (60 mg) are its two active components.  While dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that postpones ejaculation, tadalafil helps create and sustain an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis.

 Super Vidalista is a well-liked option for men who have timing and performance problems during intercourse because of its dual-action composition.  Because tadalafil is a long-acting medication, its effects can last up to 36 hours, and it is usually given 30 to 60 minutes before intercourse.  Dapoxetine helps regulate ejaculation and has effects that usually last 4–6 hours.

For quicker effects, take Vidalista with a full glass of water, ideally without food.  In a 24-hour period, only one tablet should be consumed.  It's crucial to remember that the drug does not automatically produce arousal; sexual stimulus is still necessary.

 Headache, lightheadedness, flushing, indigestion, nausea, or sleeplessness are typical adverse effects.  Compared to single-ingredient ED treatments, adverse effects may be slightly more likely because it contains two active ingredients.  Men on nitrates, antidepressants, or some heart drugs shouldn't use it without a doctor's prescription.
