AI bias harms over a third of businesses, 81% want more regulation

While a substantial 54% of participants expressed significant anxiety about AI bias, an overwhelming 81% advocate for heightened governmental oversight to preclude bias-related issues.

Ted Kwartler, VP of Trusted AI at DataRobot, emphasized:

While advancements like the EU’s proposed AI regulations are encouraging, there remains substantial work to establish reliable, fair, and transparent AI models.”
